Local ClubsArticlesLinksNALC SponsorsSuggestions		This award was established in January 1981 and co-sponsored by NALC and 3M Company. It was designed to honor and recognize from all the nominations sent in for "Local Member of` the Year" the most outstanding candidate of all and give this candidate the "NACL/3M Outstanding Local Member of the Year." In 1998 this award was changed to "NALC/Tom McGill Outstanding Member of the Year"

1. A committee of NALC Officers will meet during the month of December and select from the nominees for "NALC/Polaroid Local member of the Year" the best qualified for this award.

2. The "NALC/Tom McGill Outstanding Member of the Year" will be honored at the June Annual Meeting.
